SCHEDULED SERVICE

Service Call

We make it easy to get your appliance back in working order. Service call fees are based on your location, the type of appliance, and how easily we can access it. If the problem can be fixed during our initial visit, you only pay the service call fee—no surprises.

If your appliance needs more work after diagnosis, we’ll clearly explain the issue, let you know which parts are required, and provide a detailed repair estimate before we proceed.

You’re always in control—you can choose to have us do the repair, fix it yourself, or work with someone else. If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll handle both the service call and the repair promptly and professionally.


Repairs

Every repair is based on the scope and complexity of the work, following industry-standard guidelines from The Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide. This ensures fair, consistent pricing for every customer while reflecting the skill and expertise our technicians bring to the job.


Parts

Parts availability can vary. While some components are easy to find, others may be rare or no longer manufactured. We stock many common parts and can obtain most others quickly through our suppliers. We also offer on-site circuit board repairs and EPA-certified refrigerant service.


Special Circumstances

Additional Appliances
A standard service call covers one appliance. If you need us to look at more than one, we can easily add additional diagnostics during the same visit.

Two-Person Jobs
Some appliances—such as stacked washer/dryers, wall ovens, or washers in drain pans—require two technicians or specialized lifting equipment to access safely.

Difficult Access
We plan service calls assuming a properly installed, easily accessible appliance with about 15 minutes needed for diagnosis. If your appliance is built-in, tightly enclosed, or blocked by other items, extra time or effort may be required. Let us know in advance if there are access challenges so we can arrive prepared.

BRANDS WE SERVICE

With over 30 years of appliance repair experience, we’ve seen—and fixed—it all. Our technicians have had factory training on brands from Admiral to Wolf, LG to Samsung, Speed Queen to Sub-Zero. If it has a plug and a purpose, chances are we can repair it.

While we work on nearly every major brand, our preferred brands are Whirlpool, Bosch, LG, and Samsung—brands we know inside and out.

We also service commercial refrigeration and have specialized expertise that sets us apart: the skill and training to repair appliance circuit boards. In addition, we offer drop-off service for small appliances, making repairs convenient and flexible for you.

Service Area Update

To provide faster response times and more efficient service for our customers, we have refined our service area. We now focus on nearby locations but may travel farther when multiple appointments can be grouped in the same area. If you’re outside our regular range, please contact us — we’ll let you know if we can schedule you on a route in your area.
