Service Call
Service call fee is based on location and product type. Service call fees are $85 for local, domestic appliances. If the problem is something we fix during diagnosis, the service call fee is all you pay!
If the unit needs more work after diagnosing the problem, that is a repair and we tell you: what the problem is, if parts are needed, if we have the parts, and how much it will cost to have us do the repair.
You can choose to have us do the repair, DIY, or call someone else. If you choose to have us do the repair there will be a service call fee and a repair fee. Modern repair fees can run $50-$250. If we expect a higher repair fee we’ll try and let you know before we even show up.
If you’d like to DIY, or call some else, the service call fee is all you pay.
Repairs
All repairs are job rated (not time rated), based on The Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide, and incorporate the difficulty of repair, and expertise of the service required.
Parts
Parts prices vary. Some parts are hard to find. Some parts are no longer available. We are unique in that we offer on-site, mobile circuit board repairs, and EPA certified refrigerant service. We stock many common parts and can get most parts next day.

Additional Appliances:
Service call covers the first appliance. Each additional appliance diagnosis is $45.00.
Two Person Jobs:
Stacked Washer / Dryer: ($45) Two people, or a special lifting dolly, are required to remove stacked laundry equipment service.
Wall Ovens: ($45) Two people, or a special lifting dolly, are required to remove wall ovens from installation for service.
OTR Microwaves: ($65) Removal and re-install is usually a two-person job. This charge is in lieu of sending a second person.
Washer Drain Pans: ($45) Special tools and lifting dollies are required to lift the washer out of drain pan for service.
Additional Effort:
Difficult Access? Improper Installation? Built-In? Closet doors in the way? Service calls are based on an accessible appliance with proper installation and a 20 minute diagnosis. If our technician can not access a plugged and running appliance to disassemble and test, additional efforts will be made to access the appliance, billed at $100/hr. It is recommended that you let us know of any difficult access concerns during scheduling. If you suspect the technician will need more than one hour to access your appliance, you can save money by providing better access to your running appliance.
